Scheduled Maintenance on 1/12/2011

Barry Steinglass | Posted on

On Wednesday, January 12th, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm PST, Opscode will
perform a two-hour scheduled maintenance.

During this maintenance period, we will be conducting several actions
to upgrade capacity and optimize several key components of the Opscode
platform. These improvements will increase the speed and reliability
of the platform.

Here is what you can expect during this two hour maintenance window:

  • The Opscode Platform will be unavailable.
  • All API requests will return 503 “Service unavailable”.
  • Attempts to access the Management Console will redirect to our status page at http://status.opscode.com.

How to get updates from Opscode during this maintenance:

Opscode will be updating http://status.opscode.com periodically
throughout the maintenance window, and it will be updated as soon as
service is restored.

The Opscode Platform is a critical piece of infrastructure for all of
our customers, and we take your trust and reliance in us seriously.
If you have questions about the upcoming maintenance, please send
them to info@opscode.com.

Regards,
The Opscode Team
