Opscode is coming to the Bay Area next week for .conf 2011, the 2nd annual Splunk users conference.  We’ve done some exciting work with our friends at Splunk over the last few months and look forward to showing it off.

The event runs from Monday the 15th through Wednesday the 17th at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.  .conf2011 features more than 54 knowledge-packed sessions and hundreds of smart, interesting attendees with real world experience managing complex infrastructures. If you’re interested in joining the fun, register soon.

If you are a Splunk user, this is a must attend event and Opscode will be there in full force to make it worth your while. Here are three things you’ll want to check out at the conference:
  • Attend the Chef birds-of-a-feather session on Monday August 15 at 530pm
  • Visit the Opscode booth and see us demo Chef and Splunk
  • Read through our soon-to-be-released cookbooks and documentation on configuring Splunk with Chef
Once again, if you are interested in attending the conference and haven’t yet signed up, register today.
