Chef Reporting 1.5.4 Released

***UPDATE (11/2/2015): The builds 1.5.4, 1.5.3 and 1.5.2 for Chef Reporting have been pulled as they were found to be incompatible with Chef Server versions less than 12.2. We are quickly working on fixing the issue and will notify you when the new build is complete via our blog.***

***Note: This release was previously announced on October 27, 2015 as Chef Reporting 1.5.3 but was missing the fix for the Header validation. This 1.5.4 release includes all changes listed below.***

We are pleased to announce that Chef Reporting 1.5.4 is now available. This release provides several bug fixes, as well as Postgres table partitioning for 2016 and 2017.

***Note: This release is critical if you intend to run Chef Reporting in 2016/2017. Any customer who wants to install the latest reporting plugin must be on Chef Server 12.2.***

## Changelog

Some more insight into the changes with this release:

* Added Postgres partitions and triggers for 2016 and 2017.
* Fixed regex bug in `opscode-reporting-ctl remove-partitions` that prevented October from being specified.
* Fixed bug in Header validation to be case insensitive.
* Reporting now works correctly if users bring their own database.
