Update: This issue has been resolved.

Earlier today a security vulnerability in a library our wiki and ticketing systems depend on was published. We are keeping these systems down while we work with our vendor and confirm whether this vulnerability is a problem for these products or not. These systems will remain down until the risk is fully understood. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For the latest on the wiki and ticketing systems, please follow @opscode_status on Twitter, or check http://status.opscode.com for current status and a full history of the issue.

Update Apr 24, 2014; 6:14pm PST: Careful analysis by us and the vendor have concluded that the vulnerability in question did not, in fact, affect our systems. The Community Tickets and Wiki are now back online. We apologize again for the inconvenience.
